Let us call you
As a leaseholder or shared owner you are expected to pay a service charge to the building manager / freeholder.
The following issues should be covered in your service charge.
- Cleaning of Block
- Repairing and replacing communal lighting
- Cleaning of guttering
- Maintenance of the grounds including gardens
- Lift maintenance
- General cyclical repair of the building decorations
- Upkeep of the communal door system and intercom
