Why choose Housing Disrepair Helpline?
Established in 2015, HDH is a claims management company working with a panel of experienced housing disrepair solicitors. We provide an initial point of contact and help suitable enquiries find legal support, with the focus on getting homes repaired and pursuing compensation where appropriate.
Read how No Win No Fee funding works, our published success stories and about our team. The appointed solicitor assesses your claim and explains funding terms and any potential costs before you decide whether to proceed.
Our service is for council and housing association tenants, leaseholders and shared owners. We cannot help private tenants.

What are your options if repairs are outstanding?
Report defects in writing, retain photographs and keep a record of dates, appointments and the impact on your household. A2Dominion should consider its repair obligations and respond through its complaints process where appropriate.
You may complain to the Housing Ombudsman or seek independent legal advice about a potential housing conditions claim. The Ombudsman process is free; a legal claim has different requirements and may involve funding terms and costs risks.
For information about legal duties, see our Section 11 guide and our no-win-no-fee explanation.
