Clarion housing neglected to fix windows
Karla’s landlord Clarion housing had neglected to fix her windows despite her complaining since 2012.
Some of the windows were fixed shut and were a safety issue. Karla contacted Housing Disrepair Helpline, and her case was passed to one of our panel solicitors. Within 6 months the windows were all fixed and Karla received £1500 in compensation.
