Miss Dang was left by Lambeth Council with a leak in her bathroom since winter 2017. Damp readings of 99.9 were taken on the bathroom ceiling, which means the plaster was completely saturated. Despite this, Miss Dang was still being ignored by her council.
Miss Dang then proceeded to contact Housing Disrepair Helpline, who swiftly appointed a solicitor who ensured Miss Dang will no longer be ignored. Now the works have been done, and another very happy customer!
